Before women and business do not mix. But now, more and more women are getting ahead in the world of business. The woman who is known only as a home maker is now a business woman. However, there are some males who cant still accept the idea of a woman working in an office. Probably because they don’t like the idea of having a female boss.
Even though women are now working in offices, the job of taking care of the family and seeing to their needs is still their job.
But the woman can still exude femininity even when she is in the board room and can also be a bonus in some situations because business is a competitive place and playing the hard ball always gets you what you want.
There are many women in high flying positions now, in business and other professions. Some industries are still hard to get into, such as engineering and the technological sectors. People seem to still associate women with caring jobs such as nursing and social work. A business woman may also encounter the glass ceiling. This concept is only too real and women have found they can rise so far in an organization but no further.
